No Drama for this MAMA

It has always been my understanding that babies bring joy not only into Tyler and My life but also into the lives of the people around us. Babies make people happy, they bring different generations of families together and that is one of life's most precious moments. These are the moments that we write things down and take pictures because no one wants to miss a second of this babies upcoming life. These are the moments that we cherish because no one can predict life and death. I like to think that I live every day in the moment, that each day is a new day another day to live life the the fullest. I plan on enjoying every moment of this pregnancy, because someone once told me that remember the baby is only truly just yours for the nine months that you get to carry it. Well I have been waiting for these nine months my whole life. I have long dreamed of having a baby and no one I mean no one can change the way that I feel about this baby! I want to take today to thank my family for everything that have done for Tyler and I. My mom, aunt and sister really have been so supportive during this pregnancy even when I have those very special pregnancy emotions! I thank them so much for all of the excitement they have provided me during this emotional and life changing time. I continue to feel more blessed than I ever have in my life for all of the wonderful things my life has to offer. Anyone who isn't excited about this baby, well all I can say to that is OH Well this baby to be has more love and admirers than I could have ever imagined! This little babe that is growing inside of me is so sweet and innocent how could you not be excited for it's arrival and addition to our family?!

Week 13 going on 14. Wow I cant believe how quickly the weeks go by especially when I have been so busy with working. I took my momma and aunt to the Doctor with me today. We got to meet the other doctor in the clinic Dr. Colgrove who is pleasantly just as wonderful as Dr. Davies. So it looks like I picked just the right place to have a baby. Once again the baby has a nice strong heart beat, is wiggling it's arms and legs, and is developing right on track! It is amazing how much changes each time you go to the Doctor. One thing never gets old for me and that is seeing the baby move and hearing that heart beat go! Since our first ultrasound the baby is now much more developed you can really visualize the bones and the features starting to form. My placenta looks like it is riding just a little bit low, so we will have to continue to keep a close eye on that. No need to worry yet right, try telling me that, HA! I have gained about 4 pounds so far and from what the doctor says that is right on track to where I need to be. After the Doctor we had a really fun time browsing the aisles of Babies R US! There is so much fun baby stuff out there and I am pretty sure this baby will have it all! One lucky little baby that is for sure. Then I got a really yummy dinner at my favorite restaurant Cafe Ba Ba Reeba! This baby was saying YUM for sure. Below is an updated pic of my baby bump at exactly 13 weeks! Wiggly Baby

Week Twelve. I had another scan today called and we have a wiggly little baby on our hands. The lady performing the scan really needed a profile of the babe but our little babe was not not being cooperative, instead it was doing somersaults! The women would sort of jiggle my stomach and the baby would flip so that it was mooning her and she would do it again to get the babe to turn back to it's side and the babe would turn to face us and give us a little wave. It was so amazing to see how much moving the baby was doing already. I mean really it took about 35 minutes to get the scan because our little babe was doing a little wiggly jiggly dance. The babe's hand kept moving up and then then into the mouth then up in the air and into the mouth. I guess our babe is a little show off! This little life is such a miracle, I can even explain how much love I have for this little baby! It has been an amazing week so far for Tyler and I. We have found a wonderful 2 bedroom condo that we can rent in a nice new neighborhood. We are moving March 1st so that we have plenty of time to move and settle into our new place! Life has proven it is full of so many wonderful surprises! Below a picture of our baby saying HI!
