6 month stats Addi: 13 pounds 6 ounces (a pound less than Franki was at this age) So if Franki was a peanut, Addi is a jelly bean! But I swear to you that Franki never had the sweet baby chunky legs that Addi has and I love it. Addi is on the move, this girl rolls from one end of the room to the other without stopping to think. She is all over the place and fast. She can sit up on her own and moves in lots of circles attempting to crawl. She gets frustrated because she cant crawl yet. She is also trying to stand up by pulling herself up. She loves watching her sister and I think that she is motivated just by watching her. Addi has lots to look at all the time. She is constantly watching Franki and the neighbor girls run around in circles and this is totally entertaining to her. Addi still is a good sleeper, not as good, but I have more tolerance to let her cry a little than I did with Franki and eventually she falls asleep on her own. The problem is she learns new things everyday and her brain does not want to shut off at night. She still loves sucking on her middle and ring fingers of her right hand to soothe herself. She is such a happy, go-lucky baby. She loves her baby food or should i say all fruits and barely any veggies! She laughs all the time and she loves to fake cough and then laugh. This girl really could not be any better of a baby. She loves attention and loves her momma and as long as she has one of those she is a happy girl!
Franki is 25 months old and weighs in at 24 pound 6 ounces. She is 33 inches tall. She is communicating more each day. I cant believe how smart she is. She loves to talk about the people in her life and it is amazing how much she remembers. She talks about my Geema all the time. She met her again this summer and cant stop talking about Meem and how she lives in Florida and will be back soon. She talks all day long. She also loves to play. Her favorite people on the planet are our neighbors, milha, sophie and val. She loves them. The girls are 7, 3.5 and 2 respectively and they are the best of friends. They play and they play hard. We can rarely be found inside. The girls are usually running or riding in the car up and down the sidewalks. It is such a fun experience to watch. It is amazing to watch little girls play and become such sweet caring friends. Franki loves to make Addi laugh, by tickling her and by just getting in her face making faces, she also loves to make her cry by getting way to up in her business and way to touchy and pushy. She means well but little miss addi doesnt understand why she gets toppled over with a big hug from her sister. Franki can sing the ABCs and count to 10! We are so proud of our little sponge.
