Transitioning and Momma's Day
Mother's day was a great day with all of my favorite girls and Mommas! We had a wonderful breakfast with my parents, my aunt and uncle, sister, cousin and our little family of four! Then we enjoyed the rest of the afternoon in the beautiful outside of our own house. It was sunny and perfect! I couldnt ask for anything better than a day with all my favorite people .
In other news the transition to daycare has been difficult for my little Franki. This is her first experience with daycare and being left without family or friends. She is still very nervous the whole time she is there. She refuses to eat breakfast and is being a quiet observer of all the plaing and madness that is daycare. The women there have been really great. They love miss franki as she insantly melts all womens hearts by just being her sweet baby self. She is doing a lot of upie, upies to the women who continue to try to encourage her to play with the other kids. She is slowly warming up and today participated in some of the dancing (as she loves to dance). One day at a time. And here is to asking for lots of prayers for momma and franki that the transition quickly turns a positive corner so that both of us can start enjoying our days.
Addi is a champ and as long as someone feeds her, holds her and loves on her..she is one happy happy baby. She even got to go on a walk outside today with one of the ladies. She even gets to paint (yes her little footprints are hanging up all around the house). They do lots of teaching at this daycare which is awesome.
Our little baby is already 3 months old! Can you believe it? TIme is flying by. She is such a well-mannered little girl. She loves to giggle at just about anything. She continues to grow and thrive everyday. She remains a wonderful sleeper.
Back to holding my sweet baby for a few more minutes before bed!

Girls
Things I want to remember about my Girls right now!
Franki: She is a talking machine. In just three months she has gone from a few words while pointing at things to now almost completely communicating using her words. I love listening to her string words together to get her point across. She loves outside and it doesnt matter rain or shine we spend at least 2-3 hours a day outside. She loves to look at the ducks and chase birds. She does this hilarious dance whenever she gets excited about someone or something. She shakes her whole body forward and excitedly says whatever it is she is excited about. SHe loves to repeat everything I do or say. In fact today when Addi dropped her pacifier she said Aye, Aye, Aye. I think I might say that sometimes ;). She is OBsessed with holding her sisters hand. If she wakes up in the middle of the night she cries to hold addi's hand. She loves the potty even if she doesnt pee on it she has to sit on the potty at least 15 times per day. So we have officially begun potty training. She loves her friends, especially Emma. Luke, Catie, and her friend Sam. She lights up when they are around. She loves a good mess and loves to pain outside. Her favorite movie is Rio and finding Nemo. She still is not a great sleeper because she loves to cuddle. SHe likes to help me pump and loves to nurse her babies, a little momma in training. I love that about her she is such a sweet girl. I loved my time off with her and Addi and I will never forget all the awesome memories we made.
Addi: She is the happiest little thing ever. She rarely cries. She is a lot lit\like Franki as a baby but almost even happier which is hard to believe. She is a great sleeper! Thank goodness one of my children is! She loves looking around at everything. She studies objects so closely and has the sweetest inquisitive eyes. She loves her sister. She loves her lambie toy. And she loves her pacifier, it is a life saver! She loves being outside and the fresh air. She loves being carried with her momma in her carrier sclose to my heart. Her laugh is so infectious. She giggles with this little snort and then gets the hiccups. I cant get enough of it. Love her and Im gonna e jealous that someone else will be snuggling on her next week.
I go back to work on monday with no hard feelings. I had a wonderful break with my girls. I lived every minute up with them. I have literally spent the last 12 weeks everyday with them and we have done so many fun and wonderful memorable things together. I feel blessed to have been able to get 12 weeks with them to enjoy my girls company and to savor those moments. Im happy to go back to work knowing that I need to in order to provide for the girls and to help contribute to our family as my husband does everyday. I am lucky enough to only work three days a week and I know the girls will be in good hands while I return to my job. Its reassuring to know that I can have two callings one as a momma (one that I dearly love and cherish) and one as a nurse practitioner helping other people and there kiddos. I just feel really blessed and lucky in life, love, work. I feel at ease with where life has taken me and cant wait to see what else we have in store. Ah what can I say i love these munchkins with all my heart and they have made my life so full.

2 month stats and 21 month stats
Adelina:
9 pounds, 22 inches, 14 inches Head Circumference.
She is my little peanut. She is even smaller than Franki was at 2 months old. She is right on track for her own growth and setting her own path in our lives. She has a strong little head and is the smiliest little baby. She loves her paci, her sister, and her little lamb toy. She is the perfect addition to our family.
Francesca:
22 pounds 12 ounces, 32 inches, 18.5 head circumference.
She is such a little explorer these days. She loves exploring with paint and has recently decided that painting her entire body, including giving herself pedicures with crayola paint. She loves making her sister smile and holds her hand anytime she can. I love seeing her step up to her role as a big sister.
Loving my life and celebrating every moment with them

Just Us GIRLS
In the last three weeks two of them have been just us Gals. As intimidating as it sounds, we again were blessed with beautiful blue skies and weather from the 50-70's which provided us lots of trips to the parks in the mornings and lots of afternoon walks around the neighborhood. I am so grateful that my family lives close. We were able to see them a lot and wat dinner with them which also provided me a little off time from caring for both girls and the dog. My friends were also amazing and planned lots of fun get togethers to ensure we didnt go stir crazy in the house. We really enjoyed our time together bonding, but missed having our Daddy around. We made it through althout it seemed way to long. I will always cherish every minute that I get to spend with my girls and we spent oodles of quality time together doing all sorts of activities. Franki and I also enjoyed a little time just the two of us last saturday. We went on an egg hunt and did some fun easter activities with her bestie Emma. It was great to just spend a little time one on one. We celebrated our Easter at my Aunt Kathy's house. It was a beautiful day and as usual miss franki soaked up the sun, playing with a sand box, playset and toys in the yard for hours on end. Aunt kathy's food and fun are enless and unconditional. We had so much fun with small little family. Franki enjoyed it so muchshe even entertained us with a little of her singing abilites at dinner. This girl never ceases to amaze me with her hilarious enduendos. My sweet Addi is full of laughter and smiles. She is so enamored by her sister and is still just the sweetest thing She loves to be front row seat for any entertainment that Franki is willing to provide. Enjoying my last few weeks of with me two favorite girls.
