Transitioning and Momma's Day

Mother's day was a great day with all of my favorite girls and Mommas! We had a wonderful breakfast with my parents, my aunt and uncle, sister, cousin and our little family of four! Then we enjoyed the rest of the afternoon in the beautiful outside of our own house. It was sunny and perfect! I couldnt ask for anything better than a day with all my favorite people .

In other news the transition to daycare has been difficult for my little Franki. This is her first experience with daycare and being left without family or friends. She is still very nervous the whole time she is there. She refuses to eat breakfast and is being a quiet observer of all the plaing and madness that is daycare. The women there have been really great. They love miss franki as she insantly melts all womens hearts by just being her sweet baby self. She is doing a lot of upie, upies to the women who continue to try to encourage her to play with the other kids. She is slowly warming up and today participated in some of the dancing (as she loves to dance). One day at a time. And here is to asking for lots of prayers for momma and franki that the transition quickly turns a positive corner so that both of us can start enjoying our days.

Addi is a champ and as long as someone feeds her, holds her and loves on her..she is one happy happy baby. She even got to go on a walk outside today with one of the ladies. She even gets to paint (yes her little footprints are hanging up all around the house). They do lots of teaching at this daycare which is awesome.

Our little baby is already 3 months old! Can you believe it? TIme is flying by. She is such a well-mannered little girl. She loves to giggle at just about anything. She continues to grow and thrive everyday. She remains a wonderful sleeper.

Back to holding my sweet baby for a few more minutes before bed!
